GPS Audio Tour (WITH YOUR DOG!)
If you’ve been around Ugly Dog Adventures for any amount of time, you already know this about Larry—he loves creating things that bring people and dogs together in meaningful ways.
Larry isn’t just our head dog trainer and the president of Ugly Dog Adventures. He’s also someone who’s always thinking about how dogs fit into our everyday lives, our routines, and our communities. Whether it’s pack walks, training programs, or new ideas behind the scenes, his goal is always the same: help people enjoy life more with their dogs.
Over the past several months, Larry has been working on a project that’s a little different—but very “on brand” for us.
He created a self-guided audio walking tour of the Orange Circle.

The idea came naturally. We spend so much time walking dogs through Orange, and the Circle is such a special place—full of history, character, and stories that most people walk right past without ever knowing. Larry wanted to turn an ordinary walk into something a little more fun, a little more interesting, and still easy to enjoy with your dog.
The Orange Circle Walking Tour is a GPS-guided audio experience you can do at your own pace. You’ll hear stories about the historic plaza and fountain, Chapman University, vintage shops, old film locations, and some of the unique architecture that makes Old Towne Orange what it is today. You can pause anytime, take breaks, grab a coffee, or just enjoy the walk the way you normally would—just with a little storytelling along the way.
It’s dog-friendly by design, but you don’t need a dog to enjoy it.
As a thank-you to our Ugly Dog Adventures members, we’re especially excited to have our community be among the first to try it out. This project really came from the same place Ugly Dog Adventures did: a love for dogs, walking, and the neighborhood we’re lucky enough to call home.
